The Planning & Development Executive Committee (PDEC) will work closely with and assist the CAO (or designate) on Corporate Planning and Development matters as appropriate, including but not limited to: Building Services, By-law Enforcement, Animal Control, Planning, Committee of Adjustment and Property Standards.
The Planning & Development Executive Committee will also be delegated Corporate Planning & Development matters from Council meetings from time to time. The Committee may make recommendations and/or resolve matters as may be specifically directed by Council.
