Ontario Regulation 284/09 - Budget Matters.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to receive the Ontario Regulation 284/09 disclosure report for the 2019 Operating Budget as presented.

7.2

Radio Graduation Greetings Request.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to receive the advertising request from 93.1 the Border with no further action.

7.3

Letter from J. Schulz re: Dog Bite.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Planning and Development Executive Committee to accept the letter from Mrs. J. Schulz as information and that no further action be taken.

Letter from T&S Wrolstad re: Increase Fence Height.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Planning and Development Executive Committee to deny the request from T&S Wrolstad.

Request from Fort Frances Seniors Centre - Waive Calendar Parking 400 & 500 Blocks of Nelson Street - District 1A Seniors Games & Seniors Fairs.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Planning and Development Executive Committee to approve authorizing the waiving of Calendar Parking in the 400 and 500 blocks of Nelson Street during the Seniors Fair being held June 6th, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Voyageur Lions Club request - Placement of Recycle Container on Town Land.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to deny the request from the Voyageur Lions Club to place a can recycling bin near the Sorting Gap Marina.

7.7

Butler Avenue Driveway Request.

-  approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to receive the report with no further action as the issue has been addressed.

7.8

Entering into an alternate locate agreement with Union Gas.

-  approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to enter into an Alternative Locate Agreement with Union Gas and further that an authorizing by-law and agreement be prepared for execution by Mayor and Clerk.

7.9

Municipal Asset Management Program Agreement.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to approve entering into a funding agreement the the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) for funding under the Municipal Asset Management Program and further that an authorizing by-law and agreement be prepared for execution by Mayor and Clerk.

Letter from A. Livingstone - Sidewalk Damage.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to receive the letter from A. Livingstone re: sidewalk damage and further that the damaged sidewalk be replaced at the property owners expense as laid out in the report.

January 2019 Drinking Water Systems Monthly Summary Report.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to accept the January 2019 report prior to it being made available to the general public.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to accept the February 2019 report prior to it being made available to the general public.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to accept the March 2019 report prior to it being made available to the general public.

Library Shed Request - Letter from Library Board Chairperson

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Community Services Executive Committee to endorse a meeting with Library personnel to advance the Library Storage Shed request as feasible.

Councillor Wendy Brunetta - NOMA Annual Meeting and Conference Travel Expense and Per Diem.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to approve the Travel Expense and Per Diem Claims in the amount of $691.80 as submitted by Councillor Wendy Brunetta for her attendance at the NOMA Annual General Meeting and Conference in Thunder Bay on April 23rd to 26th, 2019.

Councillor Andrew Hallikas - NOMA Annual Meeting and conference Travel Expense and Per Diem.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to approve the Travel Expense and Per Diem Claims in the amount of $660.00 as submitted by Councillor Andrew Hallikas for his attendance at the NOMA Annual General Meeting and Conference in Thunder Bay on April 23rd to 26th, 2019.

Councillor Douglas Judson - NOMA Annual Meeting and Conference Travel Expense and Per Diem.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to approve the Travel Expense and Per Diem Claims in the amount of $372.00 as submitted by Councillor Douglas Judson for his attendance at the NOMA Annual General Meeting and Conference in Thunder Bay on April 23rd to 26th, 2019.
