Request to Utilize the railing from the Rainy Lake Hotel - TBT Engineering. - approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to allow TBT Engineering to make modifications to and refinish the Juliet Balcony railing from the Rainy Lake Hotel to showcase on the side of their building at 255 Scott Street along the Rainy Lake Square. The rail will remain the property of the Town of Fort Frances. |

Proposal for OPP Special Constables to Provide Court Security Services. - approval of this report will ensure the following: 1) THAT the OPP be provided direction to commence the recruitment process around the 1st week in October 2019 for two (2) OPP Special Constables for court security in Fort Frances, with an employment date commencing January 1, 2020; and 2) THAT the current contract with the OPP be terminated effective September 30th, 2019 and further that a new contract be negotiated to commence October 1, 2019 with the inclusion of two (2) OPP Special Constables court enhancement in the new contract. |
