Public Meeting re: 357/358 Application for Tax Adjustment (319 Victoria Avenue).

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to approve the adjustment of 2018 taxes for October 15 to December 31, 2018 and for 2019 taxes under Section 357/358 of the Municipal Act for property located at 319 Victoria Avenue resulting from the purchase of the property by the Town of Fort Frances which is exempt from paying taxes.

Public Meeting re: 357/358 Application for Tax Adjustment (420 Mowat Avenue).

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to approve the adjustment of 2019 taxes under Section 357/358 of the Municipal Act for property located at 420 Mowat Avenue resulting from the purchase of the property by the Town of Fort Frances which is exempt from paying taxes.

Public Meeting re: 357/358 Application for Tax Adjustment (335 Scott Street).

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to approve the adjustment of 2019 taxes under Section 357/358 of the Municipal Act for property located at 335 Scott Street resulting from a demolition of a building for the land to be used as a parking lot.

Public Meeting re: 357/358 Application for Tax Adjustment (737 Scott Street).

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to approve the adjustment of 2019 taxes under Section 357/358 of the Municipal Actfor property located at 737 Scott Street resulting from the change in classification of the property.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to approve the adjustment of 2019 taxes under Section 357/358 of the MunicipalActfor property located at Front Street resulting from the purchase of the property by the Town of Fort Frances, which is exempt from paying taxes.
