Consent Agenda:

5.1

Rainy River Vet Services.

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to make a contribution to the Vet Assistance Trust Fund in the amount of $650.00 to support the request from the Rainy River Vet Services Committee.

5.2

Summer Programs

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Community Services Executive Committee to cancel summer programs as outlined in this report.

5.3

Memorial Sports Centre Stage 2 Grant Application

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Community Services Executive Committee to support the NOHFC Stage 2 Grant Application and to cover any cost overruns the project may experience.

5.4

Sewer Rooting - Requests for Reimbursement

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee to reimburse two private invoices the difference between the costs, that each case be considered individually going forward and further that only works completed during the service reduction period related specifically to COVID-19.

5.5

Award of RFP 20-OF-04 - Preparation of a Long Range Waste Management Plan

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee to award RFP 20-OF-04 to Azimuth Environmental Consulting Inc. for a total cost of $90,100.00 and further that a by-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the Corporation.

815 Williams Avenue request for consideration water account

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee that March April water bill for 815 Williams Avenue not be adjusted.

5.7

Airport Facility Lease Renewal - CBRE Maintenance Garage Bay November 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee to renew the lease with CBRE at $109.50 per day for the five (5) month term commencing November 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021, and further that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the lease agreement on behalf of the Corporation.

5.8

Request from Cornerstone Hangars for a hangar lot lease at the Fort Frances Airport

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee that the area depicted in the map attached be allocated to Cornerstone Hangars for the development of a new hangar at the Fort Frances Airport and further that all costs associated with the development of the hangar be borne by Cornerstone Hangars as part of their development.
