2021 By-law for Levy and Collection of Taxes

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to extend relief during the COVID-19 pandemic for the final tax billing for 2021 by revising By-law 12/21 to change the installment dates to August 31, 2021 and September 30, 2021.

Fire Safety Grant Transfer Payment Agreement

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to accept the funds and further that the Clerk prepare a by-law for execution.

5.3

Annual Policy Review - Health & Safety Policy, Workplace Harassment Policy, Workplace Violence Policy

 - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to approve the policies as attached.

5.4

Request from Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee to allow for the use of Shevlin Yard for parking of trucks and trailers relating to the 2021 Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship.

Request for Sewer Rooting Reimbursement - 271 Biddeson Avenue

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee that the request for reimbursement for sewer rooting services for 271 Biddeson Avenue be denied.

Award of RFP 21-OF-05 - Development of a Municipality Wide Master Stormwater Management Plan

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee to award RFP 21-OF-05 to Computational Hydraulics International partnered with TBT Engineering for the development of a municipal wide Master Stormwater Management Plan at a cost of $89,500 plus the Town's portion of HST and further that an authorizing by-law be prepared for Mayor and Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the corporation.

Councillor Brunetta -NOMA Board Meeting Per Diems

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to approve per diems in the amount of $80.00 each as submitted by Councillor Brunetta for her attendance at the NOMA Executive Board Meetings on October 14, 2020 and March 17, 2021.

7.1

B1-2021: Zoning By-law Amendment - 820 Fifth Street East

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendations of the Planning & Development Executive Committee and the Committee of Adjustment to rezone 820 Fifth Street East to Residential Type Two (R2) with a site specific permitted accessory use as a day nursery (Early ON Centre) within the seniors' apartment building.

Operations and Facilities Division:

8.1

Award of Tender 21-OF-02 - 2021 Road Reconstruction

- approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of Administration to award to Bay City Contractors at an estimated cost of $1,661,101.13 which includes HST and a contingency allowance of $150,000.00, that the replacement of the Firehall Entry Slabs be funded out of the Corporate Projects Reserve, that prior to construction start and open house public meeting be scheduled to ensure all property owners abutting the construction project obtain first-hand knowledge of these projects and have the opportunity to ask questions and further that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances.
