A Special meeting of Council of the Town of Fort Frances was held virtually in the Committee Room on July 6, 2021 from 1000 hrs to 1115 hrs

PRESENT:

Chairperson, Mayor J. Caul, Councillor M. Behan, Councillor Brunetta, Councillor A. Hallikas, Councillor D. Judson, Councillor J. McTaggart and Councillor R. Wiedenhoeft.

ALSO PRESENT:

K. Haney, Deputy Clerk and D. Howes WMC Consultant

SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL

Call to Order @ 1000 hrs

Disclosure of pecuniary interest and the general nature thereof - none

IN-CAMERA - 1000 hrs to 1115 hrs

1000 hrs to 1115 hrs - Chairperson Mayor Caul and Deputy Clerk, K. Haney were connected virtually with Councillor R. Wiedenhoeft, Councillor A. Hallikas, Councillor M. Behan, Councillor W. Brunetta, Councillor D. Judson, Councillor J. McTaggart and WMC Consultant D. Howes (1058-1111 hrs).

Hallikas - Wiedenhoeft THAT Council now meet in-camera in order to address a matter pertaining to:  personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; recruitment matter.
