Mayor June Caul - A Verbal Update was provided respecting the success of Riverside Foundation's funding DI Dash event Sunday September 12th. Acknowledgement of the local Firefighters event held on Saturday, September 11th marking the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks held to honor lives of first responders lost during the New York attack. Consent Agenda: |
Proof of Vaccination - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Community Services Executive Committee to require all individuals eligible for a vaccine to be fully vaccinated for 14 days before being allowed into either facility.

Surplus Asset Sale 2021 - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Community Services Executive Committee to declare the attached items as surplus and allow administration to dispose of items not sold as outlined in the above report.

Land based fitness classes - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Community Services Executive Committee to authorize the unplanned capital purchase for additional equipment at the Memorial Sports Centre.

Internet Service Renewal - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to enter into a Business Services Agreement with Tbaytel for a total operating cost of $5858.00 over a period of 36 months, through July 2024 and further that a by-law be passed authorizing the Clerk and Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the corporation.

Resumption of In-person POA Court Attendance - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to resume in-person court attendance at our Fort Frances POA court location of 320 Portage Avenue, Fort Frances, ON.

Request for Reconsideration - MOS - 831 Huffman Court - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to process the Minutes of Settlement for the property located at 831 Huffman Court as received.

Sept 30 - National Day for Truth and Reconciliation - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to close the municipal offices and buildings on September 30th, recognizing it as a Statutory holiday to allow employees to observe the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation as per the respective Collective Agreements and benefit policies as outlined in the report. Further, for due dates of September 30th, payments will be accepted up to october 1, 2021 at 4:30pm, with penalty/interest added after that time.

Sidewalk Extension along Kings Hwy (First St to Webster Ave) - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee that the request from Mr. & Mrs. Williams be forwarded to the 2022 Capital Budget Process for consideration.

Fort Frances Library request to plant a garden and trees on Town property - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee that the proposed addition of trees and a garden in the yard around the Fort Frances Public Library be approved subject to the conditions outlined in the report.

July 2021 Drinking Water Systems Monthly Summary Report - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee to accept the July 2021 report prior to it being made available to the general public.

August 2021 Drinking Water Systems Monthly Summary Report - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee to accept the August 2021 report prior to it being made available to the general public.

Drinking Water Quality Management System - Management Review - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee to confirm that Council has reviewed the agenda package of the management review meeting held August 25, 2021 and that Council has reviewed and accepted the six action items as outlined in the report.

Funding Agreement under the Regional Air Transportation Initiative - approval of this report will agree with the recommendation of the Operations & Facilities Executive Committee as outlined in the report.

Councillor Brunetta disclosed an interest in item 6.1 as this is her per diem claim for her attendance at NOMA
