Bisson, Recreation and Culture manager, be approved to agree with the recommendation of the Community Services Executive Committee to authorize the unplanned capital purchase for additional equipment at the Memorial Sports Centre. CARRIED |
Brunetta-Behan: THAT the report dated September 7, 2021 from D. Galusha, Treasurer re: W. Brunetta - NOMA Per Diem Claim be approved to agree with the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to approve the per diems in the amount of $80.00 each for her attendance at the NOMA Executive Board meetings on June 23rd and August 11th, 2021. CARRIED |

By-law 45/21 being a by-law to approve an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure for funding under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP).

Brunetta-Hallikas: THAT the following by-laws be introduced and read a first, second and third time, be finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Corporate Seal and become law forthwith: 45/21 being a by-law to approve an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure for funding under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) 46/21 being a by-law to adopt an Emergency Management Program for the Town of Fort Frances pursuant to Section 2.1(1) of the Emergency Management & Civil Protection Act, R.S.O., 1990, Ch. E 9, as amended 47/21 being a by-law to approve a license agreement with 1930709 Ontario Inc. for a food truck and temporary patio at the Sorting Gap Marina 48/21 being a by-law to authorize Data Sharing Agreements for purposes of utilization of the Town's geospatial data with Scatliff + Miller + Murray, KGS Inc. and Compass Leadership 49/21 being a by-law to approve an agreement with Automotive Materials Stewardship Inc. for funding for the collection of automotive products collected at the annual Municipal Hazardous and Special Waste event 50/21 being a by-law to authorize the entering into of a land lease agreement with Alex & Gary Kontz at the Fort Frances Municipal Airport 51/21 being a by-law to approve an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure for funding under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program - Community Culture and Recreation Stream 52/21 being a by-law to approve a contribution agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada as represented by the Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages under the Regional Air Transportation Initiative 53/21 being a by-law to approve an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing for Municipal Modernization Funding 54/21 being a by-law to approve a Business Service Agreement with Tbaytel CARRIED |
