By-Law 10/03-Z to amend Town of Fort Frances By-Law 10/03 the Traffic Control By-Law to provide for traffic controls to accommodate the Kiss 'n Ride student transportation program at St. Francis, J.W. Walker and Robert Moore schools, establish a loading zone on Butler Avenue and reinstate full calendar parking on a portion of Fourth Street West.
