By-Laws:

7.1

Being a by-law to approve an agreement with Asselin Transportation and Storage Ltd. for the collection of garbage and recyclables in the Town of Fort Frances pursuant to a public tender process.

7.2

Being a by-law to approve an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs through its Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund (OCIF FC-0091).

7.3

Being a by-law to appoint an auditor for the Town of Fort Frances.

7.4

Being a by-law to approve an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Transportation for financing under the Dedicated Gas Tax Funds for Public Transportation Program.

7.5

Being a by-law to authorize the entering into of certain contracts with respect to the provision of janitorial services.
