Caul-Ryan THAT a special meeting of the Committee of Whole of council of the Town of Fort Frances be now convened and the notice provisions in sections 4. and 5. of Procedure By-Law No. 34/95 be suspended.

Verbal update was provided by Mayor Avis. Council agreed that a committee would be struck to further this matter.
