A meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Council was held in the Committee Room, Civic Centre on May 19, 2015 from 4:02 p.m. to 5:59 p.m.

Pending Litigation - Agency One Matters

The CAO, Mayor and W. Derkson provided an update from the last meeting with Agency One representatives.  A lengthy discussion took place.  Council agreed to complete this discussion on Monday May 25 at a Special COW beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Perry - Brunetta: THAT Committee of the Whole of Council now meet in-camera in order to address a matter pertaining to:

- litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board, more specifically, Item 2.1 Agency One Matters
