A special meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Council was held in the Committee Room, Civic Centre on May 29, 2015 from 12:10 p.m. to 1:40 p.m.

Perry - Kitowski: THAT a special meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Council of the Town of Fort Frances be now convened and the notice provisions in sections 4. and 5. of Procedure By-law No. 34/95 be suspended.

A lengthy discussion took place to review outstanding items.  W. Derksen provided input.

Perry - Kitowski: THAT Committee of the Whole of Council now meet in-camera in order to address a matter pertaining to:

- litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board, more specifically Item 2.1 Agency One Matters.
