A meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Council was held in the Sunny Cove on June 11, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:31 p.m.

Strategic Planning

2.1

Review of Compiled Items - to be facilitated by Darryl Allan

- review / revise Vision and Mission Statements

- list of Opportunities and Challenges currently facing the Town of Fort Frances was created

- Corporate Values reviewed and revised

- review of unfinished Strategies from the last Strategic Plan

- consideration of public submissions and those accumulated via sub-committees and executive committees

- review of Opportunities and Challenges to determine if any of them were not addressed in the development of the Goals and Strategies for the next four years
