Councillor Perry disclosed an interest in Item 8.4 from the Committee of the Whole agenda as the per diem claim is his. Councillor Caul disclosed an interest in Item 8.2 from the Committee of the Whole agenda as the per diem claim is hers. Mayor Avis disclosed an interest in Item 8.3 from the Committee of the Whole agenda as the travel expense and per diem claim is his. Councillor Brunetta disclosed an interest in Item 7.1 from the Regular Council meeting agenda as the contractor named is a family member. |

2.1 | Public Hearing to Consider 357/358 Application: (501 Sixth Street West). - approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to approve the adjustment of 2015 taxes in the amount of $1318.37 under Section 357/358 of the Municipal Act for property located at 501 Sixth Street West in Fort Frances. No one was in attendance to speak to this item. |
239 | Ryan - Perry: THAT the report dated August 4, 2015 from L. Witherspoon, Treasurer re: 357/358 Applications for Tax Adjustment re: 501 Sixth Street West (2015) be approved to adjust the 2015 taxes in the amount of $1,318.37. CARRIED |
2.2 | Public Hearing to Consider 357/358 Application: (118 Third Street West). - approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to approve the adjustment of 2015 taxes in the amount of $811.68 under Section 357/358 of the Municipal Act for property located at 118 Third Street West in Fort Frances. No one was in attendance to speak to this item. |

Kabel, Manager Community Services re: Photocopier Proposals – Memorial Sports Centre and Fort Frances Children’s Complex be approved to authorize entering into an agreement with Lowerys Office Technologies Division for the provision of digital photocopiers and service for the Memorial Sports Centre and the Children’s Complex for a five year term as outlined in the report, and further that an authorizing by-law be prepared. 256 | Perry - Ryan: THAT By-Law No. 43/15, being a by-law to approve a construction agreement with Ed Kaun and Sons Ltd. (Tender No. 15-PD-14), Construct Animal Shelter and Other Renovations to Town Facilities be introduced and read a first, second and third time, be finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Corporate Seal and become law forthwith.
