A meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Council was held in the Committee Room, Civic Centre on October 29, 2015 from 12:00 noon 12:55 p.m.

Brunetta - Albanese: THAT a special meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Council of the Town of Fort Frances be now convened and the notice provisions in sections 4 and 5 of Procedure By-law No. 34/95 be suspended.

The CAO provided a verbal summary and update.  Council provided clear direction to the CAO in the process moving forward.
