MINUTES

The meeting of Rainy Lake Market Square Advisory Committee of the Town of Fort Frances was held in the Civic Centre on February 1, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:17 p.m.

Approval of the minutes of the January 12, 2016 Meeting

- Approved as amended

Conference call with Scatliff Miller Murray - Design Project Kickoff Meeting

- Call followed schedule provided by SMM. They are approximately 1 week behind schedule currently, however feel that they will be able to make this up. SMM is looking for the committee to help develop a stakeholder listing for inclusion at the kick-off public consultation event. Event notice will be sent to all parties as they are encouraged to pass this info on to all of their contacts. A discussion was had on the committee's ideas and views on the development. There will be a follow up meeting to this call on Tuesday February 9, 2016. The public consultation meeting will be held February 16, 2016 from 4-7 at the Auditorium of the Memorial Sports Centre.
