The meeting of the Rainy Lake Market Square Advisory Committee of the Town of Fort Frances was held in the Civic Centre - Committee Room on March 9, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Conference Call with SMM to discuss the outcomes of the public consultation and review provided report.

- The public consultation event was discussed with a review of the responses to the exit survey as well as the trends from the boards. A discussion was held regarding the next phases of design and the committee's view of the space features.The Idea was brought forward that this could be a first phase of a larger project that could encompass other aspects of Downtown. Some of the ideas and concerns regarding expanded parking and access to the site could be further addressed in a phase 2
