Being a by-law to authorize the levying and collection of a special charge of taxes upon the Business Improvement Area as provided in the Municipal Act, 2001.

Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a contract agreement with Kingdom Construction Ltd. for Wastewater Treatment Plant Screen and Biosolids Dewatering System Replacement awarded through the public tender process.
