By-Laws:

7.1

19/18, being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement with Bay City Contractors (Thunder Bay) Inc. for Phase 2 - 2017 Road Reconstruction, Watermain and Sewer Replacement awarded through the public tender process.

7.2

20/18, being a by-law to authorize the entering into of a renewal lease agreement with Enterprise Rent-A-Car Canada Limited at the Fort Frances Municipal Airport.

7.3

21/18, being a by-law to repeal By-Law No. 48/99, an agreement with the Fort Frances Tribal Health Authority for fire protection services.

7.4

22/18,  being a by-law to authorize capping parameters for commercial, industrial and multi-residential capped property classes and to establish a minimum tax level for certain eligible properties.

23/18, being a by-law to establish a percentage by which tax decreases are limited in 2018 to properties in the Commercial, Industrial and Multi-residential property classes.
