Request for Tender for Replacement of 1995 Pumper Rescue Truck (11-1).

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration & Finance Executive Committee to authorize proceeding with advertisement for Tender for a Triple Combination Pumper Fire Truck.

7.2

Fort Frances Fire & Rescue Service - Establishing and Regulating By-Law.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to authorize repealing of By-Law 31/10;  and approve the preparation of a by-law to replace same for execution by Mayor and Clerk.

7.3

Policy Update - Media Communications.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to approve the updated Media Communications Policy.

Museum Advisory Committee Request - Hamilton Cutter Sleigh.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Community Services Executive Committee to endorse the use of the Hamilton Cutter Sleigh at the Market Square for winter display with an agreement forthcoming that outlines ownership, maintenance responsibilities and release of liability.

2019 Budget Timetable.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to approve the 2019 Budget Timetable as presented in the report.

Consumer Price Index (CPI) Increase for 2019 User Fees.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to direct Division Managers to affect a 2.6% user fee increase for 2019, reflective of the Thunder Bay Consumer Price Index Inflationary increase, for Executive Committee review.

Request for Reconsideration - Minutes of Settlement (MOS) re: 641 Second Street East (2018); 635 Nelson Street (2018); 838 Williams Avenue (2017 and 2018); 633 Nelson Street (2017 and 2018).

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to process the Minutes of Settlement (MOS) for properties located at 641 Second Street East, 635 Nelson Street, 838 Williams Avenue and 633 Nelson Street.

2019 Vacation Guide Map to Northwestern Ontario.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to receive the 2019 Northwestern Ontario Vacation Guide Map advertising request and that no further action be taken.

Township of Montague - Request for Resolution Support.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Administration and Finance Executive Committee to endorse the Township of Montague's resolution supporting the Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario's request that the Provincial Government undertake consultation with municipalities prior to modifying legislation that affects municipal governments and that our supporting resolution be circulated to AMCTO and the Ontario Premier.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to receive the request from The Sleepy Owl and that no further action be taken.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee to receive the request from Cynthia Donald and that no further action be taken.

- approval of this report will agree to the recommendation of the Operations and Facilities Executive Committee that the amended Winter Maintenance Policy be approved, compiled and made available on the Town's website.
